Simple Revenue Calculations if you bill hourly

Michael Payne | December 27th, 2006 | , , ,

Last week I was doing a training for a new Intervals customer and I shared a quick “revenue calculator” spreadsheet with them. They found it extremely valuable for doing quick “what if” revenue forecasting so I decided to share it here on our blog. It doesn’t include costs or break-even, it’s just straight revenue predictions. Download Revenue Calculator (.xls | 16k). Simply change the average hourly rate to see your potential revenue.

Using this spreadsheet in conjunction with the Weekly Trends report in Intervals gives you a predictor about how your year will end up. Looking at a small interval of time can be pretty powerful.
