Intervals and California’s Thomas Fire

Thomas Fire and Intervals

Santa Barbara and Ventura counties are currently experiencing one of the largest wildfires in California’s history — the Thomas Fire.

The fire will not impact your Intervals account in any way. Our data center is physically located in Dallas, Texas, far away from any immediate threat and our infrastructure is redundant. You can learn more about our infrastructure and measures here.

Our offices, however, are impacted. We’ve had intermittent power outages, and some of our employees have been evacuated. Fortunately, we are all safe and no one has lost their home yet.

Despite the current challenges with power fluctuations and evacuations, we’re doing our best to maintain our highest level of support. When we lose power long enough it does take our phone system offline. If you call and our phone system doesn’t respond please contact us directly from within your account or use our contact form. We apologize if we take a little longer than usual to respond. We appreciate your patience and support.
