Intervals web-based time, task and project management software provides four different user levels — Executive, Resource, Manager, and Administrator. Each user level is designed to provide the optimal online experience for someone in that role.
In this video, we demonstrate the Resource level user. The Resource level user is ideal for employees, subcontractors, and freelancers — the people on your team directly responsible for getting things done. This role provides a few reports and a limited view of time, tasks, and projects. Resource level user can share in all of the tasks assigned to members of their project team, or, they can be confined to viewing only their own tasks. This user level is ideal for delegating tasks to your project team and tracking their progress.
