I noticed in "People" under the access level, there is "contact - no login". What is this and how do i create them?

This April Intervals was overhauled to include the ability to add multiple contacts to clients. Previously a client had contact information but there could be only one contact per client. If you wanted this person to login they would have to be recreated as a person and typically an executive level user. After the update clients can have multiple contacts now and you can determine whether or not they can login. So you could have a client with three or four contacts that don't have logins and two users that do have logins. Also contacts have a lot more fields for information than previously (multiple addresses, emails, phone, chat, etc.). Any person that is associated with a client will show up in the client section on the client profile and in the people section. This is why the people section has the ability to search by client.

Regarding adding a contact, there are a few different ways to create a client contact.
    • If you navigate into an individual client profile page there is a link to "create a new person for this client" on the lower left hand side of the page
    • From the client listing page you can right click on the client and select "add person"
    • In the people section if you select "create a new person" the add person dialogue will be launched. If you uncheck "this person can login" they are added as a contact.
