Intervals Project Management Software Updates: Invoice Payment Alerts

As we continue to evolve Intervals as a holistic project management application we are maintaining our commitment to helping small businesses get paid faster. To ease what can often be a tiresome process, we’ve added invoice alerts. The intent of this feature is to keep the project manager in the loop and to keep Intervals more consistent by emailing alerts to the appropriate parties when data is updated.

If an invoice is created or updated by someone other than the project manager they will be notified via email. For example, when a payment is posted to an invoice the project manager assigned to that project will be notified via email. Instead of checking in every few hours to see if an invoice has been updated, project managers can now rest easier knowing that they will be notified when that happens.

To use this feature make sure you have your Invoice Updates notification turned on in the Notifications section under My Account. That’s it! Intervals will do the rest.
