Adding notes to clients

    We are really interested in having the ability to add notes directly to a client. We could use it for a communication log, storing login credentials and other pertinent information about that client but not necessarily related to a specific project. Are there plans to add this feature? If not, does anyone have any suggestions how we could do this?

    There are not plans to add client specific notes at this time. With how Intervals currently works you can copy project notes from one project to another. The typical flow is when one project ends and another begins the notes can be copied to the new project. This is helpful for login information and pertinent notes needed when working on the project. For a communication log, I know some Intervals users do this on tasks. They create a task for each client and then use the email integration functionality to bcc the task when communicating with the client. Something similar might be an option.
