This evening at approximately 7:45 Pacific Time we will be upgrading the database for Intervals. We are anticipating approximately 10 minutes of downtime while we make the change.

The upgrade is geared at improving database performance and speed with searches.

    Thanks for your patience.

    UPDATE: Database upgrade complete

The scheduled update for Intervals went as planned. We anticipated 10 - 15 minutes of down-time and the updates took approximately 15 minutes (to be precise it took 16 minutes and 15 seconds).

Our apologies once again for the necessary down-time.

In addition to updating the database, these updates went live:

    • Improved handling of timesheets

    • Additional use of AJAX for editing time

    • Speed improvements for task and project note searches

    • Improved formatting for system generated emails

    • Additional AJAX for payments and expenses

We will continue to improve and enhance Intervals to make it the best task and time tracking service for small business. Document support is almost complete and will be going live in the next few weeks.

Thanks again for all of the great suggestions and improvements.
