Project notes are linked off of each Task and are also available via the Projects tab.
Project notes are used to store any information that may pertain to that given project. We use them for procedures, login information, versioning control information, etc. It's like an over simplified version of a wiki.
You can mark a note as "private" if you want to control who can see it. Making it private also encrypts it at the database level for added security.
