where do notes show up for manager access?

    My understanding is that you can post notes so that manager level persons can view them but I've logged in as that user and the note isn't showing. Am I misunderstand this?

    I guess it depends on what type of note. If you mean project notes whenever a project note is added to a project the manager for that particular project will get notified that there is a new project note. If you are looking to collaborate around a topic a task may be the way to go since tasks have a status and the comment thread history. Also whenever a comment is made the owner / assignees of the task are notified. One other somewhat related item is the email request queue. We use this to send ideas, thoughts, random ideas, etc. that a manager will review and turn into an actionable item, delete, or put into our backlog.
