Hi...I'm small consult firm that runs multiple projects. Planning time requires that I see the big picture using the deadlines to back into planning/priority designations. Is there a way to use the calendar effectively? Move things around if I have to? I'm new to this tool and really don't want to spend a ton of time researching every aspect..thanks.

Tasks, milestones and notes can be moved around on the home page. They can be dragged and dropped to be rescheduled or you can right click on the item and change the due date. The milestones video here shows some of this functionality if you would like to give it a look. Please feel free to skip ahead to about 2:45 in the video to get to the home page functionality.
