Completed Projects

When a project is completed do I just click the inactive box or what is the procedure?

Can I view past completed projects by client name?

When a project is complete if you do not wish to have the project count against your active total you can set it to inactive. When a project is inactive nothing new can be added to it (tasks, time, documents, project notes, etc.) but the time data can still be reported on in the reporting section and the project can be viewed in the project section by clicking on "show active projects only". Setting a project to inactive is sort of like archiving the project and clearing it out from the drop down menus to prevent clutter. If you need to work on the project again it can be activated with a single click.
