Maintain link to executive user when processing the request queue

    When I add an email from the request queue, everything shows up with my name, even though some of the fields are pre-populated with data from the email. There should be some way to mark that these details came from a particular executive user / email address, even if the 'author' of the comment is shown as me.

    At the moment if I look back at my tasks it looks like I'm just having a conversation with myself!

    Can you take a screenshot of this and email it to support at myintervals dot com? I'm having a hard time envisioning what you are seeing and a screenshot will help tons. Or just post it to this forum. Thanks!~
