Assign multiple tasks at once?

Hi all,
Maybe this is obvious, but I can't figure it out.
I have a bunch of tasks in the task list, and I want to assign them all to one person. Is there an easy way to do this? I can select multiple tasks with the checkbox, but in the "With selected ..." dropdown, there's no option to assign.
The best I can figure out is to right-click them one at a time, or to go into each task detail and "Update" them one at a time. This is a real pain.

This one is a bit hidden but if a single project is selected from the task filter additional items will show up in the bulk task updater including the option to change assignee. Since Intervals features project level permissions it is possible that a team member does not necessarily have access to the project that the task is assigned to so selecting a single project adds in the assignee option:
