Modules and Worktypes Limits

    Is there a limit to how many default modules or worktypes can be setup and is this amount dependent on the type of intervals account/plan you have signed up for? It seems as though i can only create a maximum of ten worktypes. - Scott

    There are no limitations on the the number of work types and modules. Your best bet is to click on the "find a bug" link in the footer of your account and alert our support team. We can take a look at your account to see if we can determine what is happening.

    I got around this by reducing what I thought I needed in worktypes to a smaller set. But it is nice to know that there is no limit so if I try again to expand my number and have trouble that I can contact support to look at the account. Thanks for the information.
