Currently if a task comes in, there's no way to filter the task by "type." For example, if I'm adding a task or if I've received a work request from a client I'd like to be able to categorize the task as one of the following:
-Bug Report
-Feature Request
-Inquiry/ Question -

You are correct in that a request cannot be filtered by type. However, once assigned as a task it can. The best way to address this scenario is to create a module for each of your examples (i.e. "Bug Report"). When you create the task, add it to the module. Hope that helps.
