Feature Request: Output Bid

    As discussed here:
    https://www.myintervals.com/forum/discussion/374/newbie-how-do-i-create-an-estimate-bid-with-intervals/#Item_0

    This feature would take the numbers and text in the "estimated work" table, wrap it all in the invoice layout, and output a handsome PDF or e-mail.
    - It should replace "invoice" with "estimate" in the output.
    - It could take the next invoice #, but still allow any invoices generated for same work to have the same #.

    If this feature already exists, please let me know.
