As your projects grow, more and more information is added which can make it challenging to find things. Where did I put that list of IP address for our servers? I know it was in a task, but what project? And it was so long ago!

Click on the Advanced Search link in the footer and search all tasks, or narrow your search to specific clients, projects, etc.

Searching project notes is also available to help you quickly find what it is you are looking for.

Are there any plans to allow the ability to save an advanced search filter?

    ## Update ##

Depending on the type of advanced search that is being performed, they can be saved. For example, an advanced Task search can be saved. Here is an example on our help site for tasks closed in the last week.

Additionally, these saved filters can be scheduled for email delivery if needed. This article on our help site shows how that works.

Advanced searches for Project Notes and Documents cannot be saved, whereas Task and Milestone results via the advanced search can be saved.
