The image “https://beeline.timetask.com/documents/open/8524/” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.

This is the error message we're getting with a .jpg file. Any way we can work around it or should I ask my client to try it again?

    Thanks.

These types of questions are better to submit as bug submissions in the footer of Intervals. But since you've asked, let me tell you what is causing this error.

When you open a document, Intervals instructs the web browser to open the file. In this case, the browser tried to open a jpg file. We have seen the error you received many, many times. The culprit has always been that the jpg file was saved as a CMYK file.

So you have two options here:
    1. right-click the link and save the file to your computer. Then use a program that supports CMYK jpgs, like photoshop, to open the file.
    2. Ask your client to save the file as a RGB jpg and upload it again.
