Not receiving Notifications

    Even though we have check marked all the notifications, we are not receiving them.

    Have you verified that the emails are not getting blocked by a spam filter by chance?

    It really depends on how your email is setup. Spam filtering could be handled by your ISP, or it could be your email client, or a third party service like Postini. Here is a wikipedia entry on spam filtering in general.

    If you update a task and use the "Send email message" option and send an email to yourself do you receive it? That may be a good test.
