The process of creating your account and customizing Intervals to your particular company is complete.  We thought a lot about the process and bounced it off several of our early adopters before putting it in motion.  Also, on a random side note, it is the longest task we’ve ever had with Intervals.  Longest in terms of “the never-ending task”. We commemorated it by printing it out and hanging it from the ceiling…it’s 9 pages worth of comments and back and forth between design and development.
