Abhishek Rungta has reviewed Intervals and how it compares with a few other web-based project management products. And he makes a good point about choosing a web-based product to best manage your workflow:

There is nothing called a perfect project management software. The usage, the users and the desired result determines the one which suits best for a given organization.
