Intervals Timers for Chrome
Keep time tracking in Chrome’s side panel. See running timers, start new ones, and save time without leaving the page you are on.
An Intervals account is required. The extension uses the sign-in you already have in Chrome. It does not ask for a password.
Time tracking that stays next to your work
Update timers from any page
Your timers stay in Chrome’s side panel while the work happens somewhere else. Start, pause, and update them while working in Figma, Canva, Google Docs, Slack, GitHub, or QuickBooks Online, and they stay in sync with Intervals.
Start tracking in one click
A new timer starts immediately. Pause it, resume it, and keep a short note with the timer while the clock keeps the time for you.
Attach the work as you go
Assign a timer to a project or task, move it to a different one, or return it to a general timer. The timer keeps running, and a task brings its project along with it.
Save the timer as a time entry
Turn a timer into an Intervals time entry. Date, duration, and description come from the timer, and a project or task already on it is filled in as well.
From a running timer to recorded time
When the work is done, the add-time form opens with the details already in place: date, duration, client, project, task, work type, and description. You finish the entry and move on. Saving it clears that timer.
The same Intervals account you use in the browser is the account the extension uses. If more than one account is tied to your email, you can switch between them from the side panel.
Built only for your Intervals account
Intervals Timers connects only to Intervals-hosted account domains. It does not add features to unrelated websites, and it does not ask you to sign in a second time. Open the side panel after you are signed in to Intervals, and your timers are there.
