    There is currently an issue with Gmail causing the Reply-To header to be ignored when the From: and To: email addresses are the same. This especially includes the usage of plus ("+") sign in the email (e.g. email+resource@site.com and email+manager@site.com).

    The symptom causes the to: field not support emailing to task+1234@yoursite.projectaccount.com.

    As a workaround, we recommend not using the same type of emails for different user accounts. This ensures the from: and to: fields are always different, preventing the bug altogether.
