Restricting Document Access

   I understand that I can restrict Executive users from accessing documents. Is there a way of restricting RESOURCE workers from seeing certain documents?
   
   Can they see ALL documents? OR ... are they restricted according to the Project they are allowed access to?

   Resource level users only see documents for projects where they are part of the project team (this is true for managers as well). If they do not have access to a project they do not even know it exists. Also, there is one additional restriction that you can put in place on resource level users. If you enable the "restrict task access" setting the resource level user only sees documents that are associated with the tasks they own or are assigned and project documents for that particular project. In essence that setting restricts them to only their own tasks and the project notes and project documents for the project.
