Project Hourly Rate?

   Is there (or can there be) a way to set the hourly rate at the Project level instead of having to set it for each Work Type? Perhaps adding an option to "Set Hourly Rate" to the "With Selected" dropdown, or something similar to the Discount option?

   That would be nice, since typically all work on a project is at the same rate, at least for us.
