Click and drag - Move Java Pop-up windows around

   The java pop-ups (for instance when the screen goes dim and you apply your time), would be nice if we could move them around inside the browser window. Sometimes I want to apply time and then reference something that the pop-up window is blocking. Hence why moving it would be beneficial.

   Just a quick update on this. The ability to drag and move around the add time dialogue (and the email this page dialogue) went live earlier this year. Feel free to give it a look.
