Apply a label/note to General Timers

   The multiple general timer feature has been a popular one, but it can be tricky knowing what work went to which timer. We plan on adding a label/note to each General Timer. Here is how we envision it:
   
   1. Each general timer will have a note.
   2. If you click the note icon it expands and gives you a 255 character field. It will act similar to "my scratchpad".
   3. When you apply the timer that note goes into the comments field on the add time dialogue
   
   Thoughts?

   Multiple timers are great, it would be nice though that only one can be running at a time. If you start one timer, the current running one pauzes.
