Hi, I have some very positive things to say about Intervals in my forthcoming book: "Far From the Factory: Lean for the INformation Age" to be published by Productivity Press. I'd like to ask a few followup questions and get permission to use a screenshot in the material. I would appreciate it if someone were to contact me and the non-published email I just provided.
Thanks and congrats on a great product!

I would love to see even more granular access for executives. Both me and a client of mine started using your product and are very happy with most of it. If I could have a say, I'd say you should emphathize communication! We both agree this, and so far the only thing lacking is better ways to get feedback from clients. For example giving Executives access to comment on Documents. This would be great for getting feedback on drafts and would solve another major issue in peoples workflow.

Also a simple discussion board would make myintervals just perfect. Heck I'll make it myself if you'll let me, hehe.

I am particularly interested in the dock, mobile beta, client contacts, and more granular access rights. Keep up the great work. We, too, would love to drop basecamp.

We plan on launching these changes in the next week or two, just as soon as we have completed the finishing touches. Stay tuned!

These features really make your product one of the best out there, if not the best! With these features we will likely be dropping basecamp. Any idea of when these new enhancements will be rolled out, as we really need Granular Access Controls for Executive User Level and is one reason we had to stop using your product.
