Data Center Improvements Scheduled – March 18th – 10:00 PM (Pacific)

Michael Payne | March 18th, 2008 | ,

Next week In approximately 5 hours, the data center that hosts Intervals will be making infrastructure enhancements to boost core network performance. The number of Intervals users has doubled in the past five months and this improvement should help our scaling efforts.

What can you expect?
On March 18th between 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Pacific) expect downtime of approximately 30 minutes

We apologize for any inconvenience the service interruption causes. We will send out an email right before and right after the upgrade to all current Intervals account owners. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 ## Update ##
The data center upgrade went smoother than we anticipated.  Intervals was unavailable for under 5 minutes during the upgrade.  Thanks again for your patience and support.
