We are excited to announce the unveiling of video support within Intervals.  We have had this on our implementation plan for quite some time and it is officially live.  In the Help section of Intervals all 11 lessons are available for viewing whenever it is convenient to do so.

• Reports
• Client Management
• Documents
• Invoicing
• Miscellaneous Utilities

We have learned that most people like to help themselves before seeking outside help and videos can be a useful and powerful support tool.  Our goal is to give Intervals account holders everything they need to get their questions answered in a timely fashion.  Next up - we will be layering in the videos contextually.
